Best crumpet toppings.

I’m trying to get back into crumpets and wanted some inspiration. What is your favourite crumpet topping? preferably vegetarian.

Peanut butter (sometimes with honey), Jam, Nutella, Beans & cheese,

Not all together of course, unless you like to live life on the edge!
- Butter and jam is my topic of choice as well, but I miss my mom's homemade jam :(
