Like Max and tharvey11 said no plant will thrive with little light. A sanseveria and a zz plant can tolerate little light.
What you can do is buy 2 plants and rotate them every week so they’ll stay alive and do well. Or you can also buy grow lights and hang them above the plant.

What a good idea! I have a few potted sanseverias and I might experiment with a rotation like this one. I will feel a bit bad bringing one into the darkness while the others stay in the sun... But I have often thought that a plant would look nice in the bathroom.
