pterodactyl, mineOS or something else?

This is a question that was recently answered on the other non-federated thing in admincraft, but it's inaccesible now :-)

So what's your favorite way to deal with managing your minecraft server?

I have a very basic paper server with floodgate/geyser, I'm updating everything by hand now, but it would be so nice to have a GUI :-)

  • Personally, I'd recommend either Pterodactyl or Pufferpanel, both support more than just Minecraft and they have a lot of GUI options, plus they're pretty good if you want to go down the modded route

    • Do you know of anything that works on Windows by chance?

      • I don't know anything that runs on base windows itself afaik, however both Pterodactyl and Pufferpanel run on docker which you can setup on windows, I only run Linux containers so idk how that would go but it would be worth a shot!
