His right hand is actually a 6 toed foot, his left appears to be a hand but has 6 fingers.
As far as ubermensch stuff goes, well, all daughters, might as well be shooting blanks.
It's bizarre. Surely they could easily have found one family, or a handful of blond/e models to take this photo for real.
