Steam downloads slowing down for anyone?

I would be happy if I had those download speeds, lol.
But I sadly cant access my computer for the next two weeks, so faster internet wouldnt help me I guess.
Not yet. It's at about 40Mbps for me, and has been around that since I started downloading
Right now it seemed to have been slowed down. But might be wrong.
Mines flitting between 120mb and 2mb. I think the servers are struggling !
Hitting 60mbps without any real fluctuations on two machines - seems like Steam have amole throughput.
I'm about half the speed I usually am (in Germany)
Defenitly, have a 1G line and normal maxing at 940 now max was 700 went down to 400 which is still OK'ish
