I assume North and South Carolina are green because you can name your kid just "Carolina", so why is only one of the Washingtons green if we're allowed to use partial names?
Edit: Also Columbia is a name
DC isn’t a state… maybe?
It's not, but they gave it a rating.
I'm guessing cause they're using the District of Columbia part and maybe didn't think about chopping off the District part like with the North and South parts.
Same as the Dakotas I presume
