London did it. New York is doing it in a North American first. Would congestion pricing work in Montreal?
New York was set to become the first city in North America to introduce congestion pricing. It’s something that makes a lot of sense in Montreal, not many cities on the continent are centred on an island.
Less traffic, less potholes and use the money for more transit.
I don't think being on an island is necessary for such a thing tomake sense. But I'm all for it. Not holding my breath, tho:
