Idk your situation but if you don’t have a mental disorder or anything try drinking more water and being more active. Crazy how many people don’t drink water.
The only people I know who suffer from constant anxiety don’t drink enough water and aren’t very healthy in general.

CPTSD stands for complex trauma. It's like multiple ptsd stacked on top of each other. "Genuine ptsd community". Growing up in your most horrible nightmare you've ever had. Living a normal life in such a world is nearly impossible, but it's normal for some people, and some of those are here and whom this subreddit community caters to
