RFK tried to sue a user for defamation for pointing out that he went to a Nazi rally.
He sued in new hampshire for scummy forum shopping reasons, despite absolutely no connection to NH. When it was thrown out on jurisdictional grounds, his lawyers wanted to appeal but didn't realize the midnight deadline was midnight NH time.
