We should breed ban chihuahuas

Im against breed bans in general, but chihuahuas suck. Let's make chihuahuas illegal.

We should probably just work on bad breeding practices for a lot more animals. And as far as most Chihuahuas being shitty it's usually down to the owner. Proper and good training can make a world of difference.
- Those apple-head ones are great, we can start with them.
