slept really good the last couple of nights, but had an emotionally draining day yesterday. Only thing that seems to help is music. I feel like I could put my head on a pillow and sleep in 3 second.
Some kinds of music really have an effect on my brain - just allows me to settle without realising it. It's such a good way of reorganising the gunk
