Swim in the Aare and, hear me out, hot tea.
I saw it in hot dry countries, there they drink tea and since I started to do the same, I can tackle the heat way better.

Yes, trough out the day, one to two cups while it is the hottest.

Don't know if it matters, I just take whatever tea I want at that moment :)

In Morocco they make mint tea, and I find it quite refreshing.
