High speed refers to the shutter speed in a camera -- how quickly it can take frames. Slow motion footage is taken in a high speed camera. It's just a weird quirk of language.

I just took it as:
High speed | camera footage
i.e. camera footage, playing at high speed.Instead of:
High speed camera | footage i.e. footage from a high speed cameraI am ashamed.
Not sure if unaware or trying to trap pedants
