I think I got his message, right? It was kinda hard to parse and process
He's talking about investment funds that cut out fossil fuels from their portfolio and focus on green energy. You can probably find one in your retirement account if you want to allocate a certain percentage to it. I think they were trying to put a stop to it when he was still in office.
Yes I think he's conflating/confusing
-deplatforming
-divesting
-financial institutions choosing not to do business with some people/orgs
But it really is incomprehensible.
