  • Onions have now been aquired. Time to start on the sauce. I will need to decide whether to use the big stock pot or the really big stock pot.

    • if you use the really big one we can all come over and help you with the leftovers

      • I'm only making 36 servings, nowhere near enough to share 🤣

        I will actually be canning the sauce, so this batch will last me a year or two.
