Defenders of oatmeal

A packet of instant flavored oatmeal weighs 43 grams and has 15 grams of added sugar. It's more than 1/3 sugar. I'm not complaining, but that's why it's tasty. It's the same nutritional make up of a serving of reese's peanut butter cups.
