How is this going? I started getting serious about this today, and so far it's just been a real exercise in frustration. It seems if you have too many comments, Reddit hides the really old ones, making them quite difficult to locate.
@earthling is having the same issue. What are you using to access reddit?
I modified the script from https://kbin.social/m/RedditMigration/t/16226/Wrote-a-script-to-edit-all-my-posts which uses the python library PRAW. Someone else pointed me to a script in python that's already using Pushshift though - I am gong to take a look since AFAICT that is the only way to get this accomplished.
