Have been using the UT22 with the Taipo layout for a while now and am very happy with it. (Nowhere near my usual speeds yet, but very usable for recreational purposes!)
The case is Bubbleology's own closed-source design, which he kindly allowed me to get printed.
I don't think i prefer one over the other (yet), Taipo is much more cumbersome for me still. But I really enjoy the different approach and what it gives us in terms of keymap optimization: Effectively removes considerations of rolls, SFBs, and alternation almost completetly!
Yeah it seems interesting in that way for sure. I may give it a go once I get my choc board put together. I think that many combos would get quite tiring on mx switches
Aren't the Pink switches the recolored Light Blue, previously called gChoc, and all three linear, 20g? The Purpz (Purple) are linear, 25g - if I am not mistaken; there are several conflicting infos around
I plan on ordering sunsets, so I think it may still be quite rough lol. But I'm getting pro pinks and Robin's to try out to see if they would suit me better
