What's behind the fake building front?
And damn it's ugly in terms of city and building front and feel. Such a strong color. I wonder how it looks IRL.
Behind the front is a building that looks a lot like what you're seeing.That's a common practice to make the construction work less visible. Of course, it's less useful when there's a giant red banner in the middle of it.
