Linux Mint + Vivaldi. Sorted.
Mint yes*, Vivaldi no.
* if it comes preinstalled. 99% of device owners would be overwhelmed by doing that themselves.
What's wrong with Vivaldi?
For one, it's closed source, which is a hard "no" for something that you use to access all sorts of data.
It also claims to take on corporations, while being in private hands itself.
That's exactly what I'm typing this on.
