“War criminal” is kind of debatable. But he certainly is complicit in an extremely high-profile murder.
True, but if he hadn't, we wouldn't have one of the best episodes in the series.
He did kinda sorta poison an entire planet so human life could no longer inhabit it.
Captains do that all the time. It's no biggie. That planet was probably going to be food for the Tyranids anyway.
Oh wait, wrong community.
Just don't introduce them to the Borg or Species 8472.
