1 0 ReplyFor cooking it's called flaxseed oil, i guess, my bad. As i just read again it's important to use it cold, so to add it to the tofu AFTER baking. It's healthy for it's omega 3, which goes lost when heated as well as the taste.
Quark with flaxseed oil i can also recommend
