I think that the gift given to the woman was a stolen car, it seems isn't the first time that happens to she. I didn't understood either.
Purchased with stolen money by a simp trying to buy the affection of a model who was born into wealth and already owned a Lamborghini.
To be fair, that response is poor enough grammatically that you could argue it's ambiguous but I think the vibe translates well enough.
