Looks like polydactyly to me, which is not uncommon in cats.

Fun fact: Ernest Hemingway used to collect polydactyl cats and now, because of him, there is a abnormally sizable population of polydactyl cats on Key West, FL.
Ive been to the Hemingway house 20 or so times now (every year I visit) and it’s great. Now i just go to sit there and pet cats. I don’t even care about Hemingway.
If you are not having a very large stiff drink while you are petting them, you may be doing it wrong!

I can honestly take or leave Hemingway. I was never particularly a fan of his writing style.
