This is significant because there are at least 1 million Canadians or so called "snowbirds" who live in the warmer parts of US during the winter.
Those snowbirds either should voluntarily stay the fuck away for the foreseeable future, or their countrypeople should impress upon them that sentiment by whatever means they see fit.
Finally doing something about housing prices. Just think of all those vacation homes that will no longer be used
