Fox News etc had the stupider republicans convinced that Obama was going to declare martial law to get a third term. This was something I had family members scared of.

They're trying to wittle it down to non-consecutive terms so it ONLY applies to Trump, but I agree. Run Michele as President and Barack as VP. Show them what thefuck is what.

They're literally trying to specify "non-consecutive". Barack already had his two terms do is not eligible.

You don't include future possibilities in requirements to get to that future possibility.
"Hasn't already served two consecutive terms" doesn't care if the third would be non-consecutive.
