I kind of made this tonight
Chinese broccoli and mushroom stir-fryMy version
Image of a bowl of spicy thick noodles with vegetables.
Looks nice, funny as I was thinking about how to make hokkien noodles for dinner one day.
Minus the spice and I’d be all over that.
It was really easy and adaptable.
Maybe that’ll be my next cooking endeavour. Might need to plan it out since I have no idea what I’m doing to do or how.
