I have no real trust in my local community (theres quite a few anti-vaccine people here).

Infectious disease doesn't care about your political leanings.
That's true, but it does "target" areas harder. Typically low income since there is little choice to go out into the world and MAGA.
Antivaxx was for decades a fringe left wing thing. Then they discovered the 'freedom' message and got a lot of right wing in. But there are plenty of lift wing areas in danger.
We're all interconnected. Shitty people in Texas can kill us all.
