Does anyone knows an alternative to Campbell's chicken gumbo condensed soup? I use it for a specific recipe, and can't seem to find a Canadian replacement...

What's the recipe? From the picture you are looking at adding tomato paste, flour, rice(?) and chicken with some seasonings. I'd take that route before is put hope in a Canadian canned alternative..

Alas, no. I saw Product of USA on all their cans. I don't know when this happened but it's depressing. I think a lot of the major canning companies have consolidated their operations in the US or Mexico?
I wound up going with Sprague after looking them up. They're an Ontario cannery.
Sprague is great and definitely Canadian! They also have lower sodium than many of the mainstream brands. I hope to see them carried in more stores.
I just tried their lentil & veg. Good stuff, and the pull tab on the can is a great idea! I often have to go hunting for the one can opener at the office after someone takes it.
Habitant is apparently a Campbell's brand - I had no idea.
I don't think it was originally but they got bought out 😔
