Lucy might be the CEO of hell, making her a literal boss... But people who know the character will notice a trend of her succeeding downwards.
She will quite literally give it all up for some pancakes.

Cross her and she turns your blood to vinegar, but offer her pancakes and she goes "shit that's all you had to say" and just leaves hell to run itself.
