Afaik it doesn't. It still has tons of sugar, but it only appears to have less sugar per serving due to the ratio of sugar to sawdust. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Aye. Mini Wheats are actually, and surprisingly, one of the better cereals nutritionally.
I'm glad because that was not my first priority, but I am happy that could be the case.
This would only make sense if the servings were smaller
