I'd probably pull a Lower Decks engineering and make a device to insta-cure stress because vacations are scary.
For what it's worth I've spent last 2 years not working trying to recover from burnout etc everything. 🥹
We sound similar. I wish today didn't suck. Just want to make sure we aren't spinning out and being ineffective. We need people to care and help.
