Any Oolong Fans here?

I left the world of tea years ago and recently was indoctrinated by the amazing taste and health benefits of Oolong.

  • I prefer jasmine, because i steep the tea to hell and back. Oolong is fine for lighter brews

    • But even when you steep Oolong to them, it's still very soft. Sorry, I don't know the terminology. But I like the flavour of Oolong, but most times want it to be stronger. Maybe I should give Jasmine a try.

      • When you steep with boiling water in a thermos, it makes it quite strong because the water remains very hot the whole time.

        I use Jasmine because it takes some of the edge off the bitterness from oversteeping, but I could be wrong on that. After trying a few different types I found I liked Jasmine more.

        I'm not a pro at this, just a caffeine addict. Tea has better caffeine than coffee
