I don't know how you did it man. Those paragraphs looked word for word to me. not my half assed paraphrasing mixed with my own giggling commentary.
I type ~90 wpm. That helps. But also I used to have to do this sort of quick text summarizing with what people say when I worked a survey job back in the 90s and I guess it never left me.
