Hey, I have asthma and there have been days where I've barely had enough energy to make it back to my car let alone put a cart back. Not everybody is having the same day you are.
"There are no situations other than dire emergencies..." I'd count heavy asthma as a dire emergency. There you have It.
Yeah but from the outside looking in, all you see is slightly slower moving chubby guy not put their cart back. A mile in their shoes and all that.
That's fine since the point of the post is all about self-governing, as long as you aware that you're doing the socially accepted right thing, It doesn't matter what others think.
