Is there plugin for visually installing and configuring neovim + other plugins?

Like a TUI version of stuff like in the picture?

Basically a settings dialog with:

• all nvim options (in sections)
• a plugin section with
• installed plugins
  • toggle
  • configuration options
• available plugins
