front page joke/spoof 16+ our instance?

Seeing as many countries are readily accepting Nazi laws to verify your internet usage, we should front page spoof our instance to say that if you're under 16, you need to tell your guardians to refuse these Nazi laws by force, and where to find resources in case the guardians are FOR them, to find help etc. like the Trevor Project.

Have a subsection for “If you're trans, and your guardians refuse to support your transition, here are futher resources” with links and advisories.
