A simple image cut/paste app!

Here's a fun experiment for Android users: Try to cut & paste (or collage) 2 images on your phone. Go to the Play Store and find an app that can do this simple task. Guess what? All the apps that do this are AWFUL ad-filled garbage. Almost unusable.

Can someone please make a simple FOSS app to cut/paste images on Android?
