I need help with issues running Save backup in Perchance AI Furry Generator

I'm trying to download a backup of the site, but it's giving this error. I have no idea what caused this error, since the "Save Backup" button always worked and suddenly stopped. It's been about 3 or 4 days since I can download it. I'm using Microsoft Edge, but I don't think it's the browser's fault, because I tried to open a tab in private mode and save some images from the site, and it worked fine.
