If cocaine and amphetamine (seperately) were available in beverages in small doses, what might those doses be either in historical reference or alter corresponding with how caffeine is used currently?

Things like the original "original" Coca-Cola and Vin Mariani. I wish they had kept the lithium citrate in 7Up :/
