are, not because they're bad people but because we're all too easily swept up in the fantasy of a young, rich white guy's success. We're all so swept up in that fantasy because we've been told it's true. We're told it's going to happen. We're supposed to believe it!
"There are only three things that matter when it comes to success," the film's narrator, an English professor who is no longer the man she used to be, tells us. "You're a girl, and a boy. Or a man, and a woman. Or a person. You can get married or have kids and get to the top."
Well, yeah, sure! But then what is the point of me believing it when all I have to do is wait a few years to get a house, and an apartment, and a job and the chance to get a pair of shoes? I'm only as good as my last word! I guess I must be so caught up in the fantasy of my supposed self that I can't even think of a better way to spend my hard-earned money than by spending it on a bunch of girls I can't even afford to have sex with!
So I'm not going to tell you to forget about me. I won't even tell you to stop shagging me. I'll just tell you to stop shagging me and to look out for your own!
This movie, however, does offer a rather compelling take on the modern day woman. It tells us that a lot of our women are just too busy playing video games and making videos of themselves in public toilets and doing wank videos on Tumblr. But it doesn't stop there, because this is what I find when I watch a movie like this:
