Good research. I will definitely put these in my research list. Something that also comes up a lot is https://castlesy.com/ but apparently is just for USA castles. I'll save that for the weekends.
I'm adding a small exception to the rule "content must refer to a real-life structure": Reasonable exceptions include media showcasing period life and technology that somehow relates to castles.
I wanted to include the ability to post books or infographics that go over how castles were made and used but might not refer to any specific castle.
Yep, I know of certain communities that used it very often. It was pretty much the place to go if you wanted to talk tabletop RPG. That's why I'm really counting on the Fediverse. Find your clan, build interest in what you're interested in, and not get enshittified and/or shut down by the whims of corp execs.
So get this, I've been slowly injecting random characters into my posts. Just every day that I think about it I go through my history and ctrl+shift+9 to get a random string from Bitwarden and plug it in for a page of posts. I figured it might not look like a mass delete/replace as much as a scripted one is, and doesn't take me much time.
Haha, whatever though. Mord is a game where few of us will play it forever while many shrug or rage quit. Kind of fits the question anyway.
By the way, be sure to stop by the community someone just made: https://lemm.ee/c/mordhau@lemmy.ml Only one post, but I plan to at least post stuff I find on the regular.
Nah man, you have to cool all the grain that was store in there.
