"Black Lives Matter" is frequently misinterpreted (either intentionally or not) to mean black lives matter more than others, thus the reaction "All Lives Matter." I think this sticker kind of disarms that reaction.
Perhaps some additional challenges that are ascension specific?
The police almost certainly know his address. He doesn't just live with the plebs, he lives among the rich people.
Comment chains like these are why I love Lemmy
It's because they roll up into a cute little ball and it tickles us in a way nothing else does
It's a shitpost mate I'm not undermining anything. There's no rule against it, and I did alter the text in an admittedly feeble attempt at humor. The votes show that it wasn't particularly well-received so I won't make a habit of it but sheesh it's not that big a deal so don't be so hostile.
Are snapbacks out? Damn.
I didn't write the original but I copied it. I thought it would make a funny copypasta but it looks like I missed on this one.
I got in trouble for this once lmao
A group of teenagers showed up to the charity event my club worked on every year. They all knew each other and I was curious what organization they might be a part of, so I asked one "so where are y'all from?" Only then did it occur to me that they were all Hispanic and the poor kid, looking unbelieveably annoyed, firmly told me "here." I was able to stumble into my real curiosity but God that was embarrasing.

Was there really not a shorter title than Day of Persons With Disabilities?
I saw a post from a Liverpool community not too long ago. We're still going strong in the Arsenal community too. What other team communities are around on Lemmy?
Shattered Pixel Dungeon- v2.5.2, desktop linux, github version
So today I opened up Shattered Pixel Dungeon and discovered that my pastry had transformed into a birthday cake for Pixel Dungeon's anniversary. I am not really a fan of real world time influencing games in general, since it hurts immersion for me. I also do not like my items in my inventory transforming on their own accord, and I do not really like anniversaries either because they remind me of how my ex-wife left me and took the kids with her. I haven't heard from them in a very long time, and I feel that burning pain every time I pick up a birthday cake in game. Is there a way that I can either disable the holiday events? Alternatively, is there a way I can spoof the date/time so that the real world never affects my gameplay?
Thank you.
Won't be a specific team, it'll be an injury or a suspension or something. I just don't think it's reasonable to say Slot's Liverpool are this good after not changing much from last season, and we all would do well to remember how they capitulated then.
Can you get in touch with the other colleagues that were let go alongside yourself and ask what they're doing? Maybe they've found something and will put a good word in for you.
You would have references from your current job, even if you're cartoonishly unlikeable. Keep light contact with people you get on with even (probably especially) after they part ways with the organization you work for. If/when you need a job, ask those people if they know any leads you might follow.
I think they're all games that seriously benefit from not knowing the lore or mechanics beforehand... you didn't even contribute aside from being snide to me so how about you explain what I did wrong?

Noita
Aside from being contacted by a family member or maybe some sort of contact information being left in a will, how do you discover if someone you know has died?

I feel like I can't get the Battlemage to work for me. The bonus effect on the staff is very cool and I feel like I see some theoretical synergies with artifacts that can be charged quickly with melee strikes, but in practice it seems like I always eventually run short on resources and can't output the damage I need.
