The thing is this: The safer Microsoft can be that Windows is the only thinkable OS for their users, the less risk there is when integrating Anti-User features.

To its users it is therefore important to know about alternatives. If you make Microsoft scared that users change OS, the product Windows will become better.

This is true even if you don't change your OS.

Look at your inflation. It doensn't mean that the US won. It means our countries will fail together.

I'm on the otters side here, semiconductors make no sense. For example the Fermi-Energy is supposed to be in the middle of the band gap but how that's just idiotic. Fermi-Energy is the point up to that we fill electrons but inside the bandgap are no states. Like defining the properties of an electron that doesn't exist.

Gas has a conversion efficiency of 100% but not all of it every the kettle. That leads to efficiencies lower than the electric ones. With good induction it is also faster than every other method so that would be my choice if I had an induction cooker. Until then I use the next best and cheapest solution which is electric with a wall plug.

Keep in mind that the us - as usual- historically made strange political choices so their kettles are limited to half the speed as everywhere else.
