Sounds like the workers won twice.
Is there a good chance new ownership will be better? I cannot imagine them being worse off than being with Nestle, but the one unionized place I worked for that changed hands (a long time ago) certainly went through some challenges with the new owners. I hope it works out great for them!
Can't be worse than Nestlé.
