When the revolution comes (spoiler: it won't, but I like to dream) we eat the worst corporations first. Kroger's, Mejer, Albertsons, United Natural Foods, Wal-Mart, Amazon.
I'm not saying Costco is perfect, but they're a lower priority.
Something something no ethical consumption under capitalism, and no corporation is your friend.
But on the average, relative to other American retailers, Costco is probably one of the less shitty. They pay workers higher wages and are pretty consumer friendly.
I once bought a laptop from them that developed an issue with its keyboard just after a year of owning it. The manufacturer refused to do anything about it, but Costco's own warranty was twice as long and they fixed it free of charge. I can't hate them that much.
Except for being anti-union.
Yeah, Costco is surprisingly not scummy under its current leadership. They and Arizona are the only two I don't have any major issues with.
