Also the task manager currently has a bug where it's process keeps running when you close the window. So, to get rid of it, you now either need to open another task manager and kill that process (and the one you have currently open) or do a reboot...
Windows 11 added a button to kill the process easly by right-clicking the icon
I think you need to activate it though, it should be under something called "developer - something"

Yep, on NT4 the instant the last key in CTRL-ALT-DEL went down the task manager came up.
XP and Win7 were still very good with it.
I think it went south when they removed the requirement for CTRL-ALT-DEL to login.
