Following years of troubles, a Ubisoft buyout seems closer than expected. A new report claims that a deal with Tencent is being considered.
I guess if you want to move Ubisoft from "probably not" to "definitely not", go for it?
Their games are already mostly pretty soulless though.
They have been for many years.
I stopped giving them money after Far Cry 3.
Complete the trajectory I guess. Ironically may improve Ubi games since at least Tencent is experienced in this area.
